Job Description
1. Initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
2. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
3. Locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers
4. Discover and explore opportunities
5. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
6. Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth
7. Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives
8. Develop and implement strategies for new services
9. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
10. Assist in the development of annual sales goals
11. Assist in the completion of monthly targets
12. Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports
13. Build referral and lead generation network

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sales).
