Job Description
1. Deploy business strategy initiatives for market visibility, penetration, and revenue generation
2. Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection
3. Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email to ensure the conversion of potential leads into customers
4. Maximize sales and profitability while dealing with clients
5. Develop a lasting relationship with the clients
6. Follow up on the qualified prospects
7. Analyze the market trends and provide timely feedback
8. Update and maintain the daily sales reports
9. Ensure timely delivery of service to customers
10. Contribute creative solutions to manage the sales of a growing company
11. Ensure the conversion of potential leads into customers
12. Update operations and sales related data in Excel or Google Docs
13. Work proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication
14. Receive client requirements and briefing
15. Cooperate with customer and agency inquiries
16. Build relationships with even the toughest clients
17. Understand the component of building trust with clients

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
