Job Description
1. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
3. Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile
4. Attending educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
5. Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative work

1. Should be fast in learning about locations, plans & visiting times as you will be a part of tourism company
2. Able to guide any trips or go to locations as tour manager even
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of sale,tour,guide,tour captain,manager).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
