About Reactr
Reactr is a fintech startup in its very initial stages. We at Reactr aim to create a fitness training app for the finances of students, wherein we help the students to earn, manage, and grow their money. For the companies, we will act as a one-stop solution for all the work outside their domain
About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on primary research (perspective of both students and companies), prepare a questionnaire, have deep in-sighting sessions, have interactions rather than interviews, find out what they really want, look out for eureka moments, generate actionable insights to add to the value props
2. Work on extensive market survey and covering the mindset of potential customers and companies
3. Work on the potential branding opportunities, look at how other brands, whether in our industry or across the industry are branding themselves, look especially for ideas that have worked across different industries and can be adapted for us
4. Work on competitor analysis, find out where we can beat them, and how
5. Work on approaching customers and making an overview of how customers should be reached, how to get noticed, first contact, pitch, and work with the operations team on this
6. Work on customer retention and find out what makes customers stay on freelancing platforms and on financial planning platforms, see if there are any common grounds, those will be the main focus and then, factors individual to both aspects, based on how effective they are
