Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking
2, Present tailored press release packages to clients, showcasing the value proposition
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and create compelling pitches
5. Analyze market trends and provide insights to shape new package offerings
6. Engage in 50-60 daily lead calls to comprehensively grasp client requirements, effectively showcase agency services, and successfully transform prospective leads into paying clients
7. Negotiate and closing deals with potential clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the PR, media, or related industry
2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
3. Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on consultative selling
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Familiarity with PR strategies and industry trends is a plus
