Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attending to incoming calls
2. Liasioning with the operations team & for resolving their queries
3. Calling BOB & updating them on customer service enhancement
4. Working on one point contact for all related activities
5. Supporting sales team in fulfilling service & data-related queries

Other requirements
1. Should be from a mutual fund/insurance/BFSI background
2. Should have experience in client-facing/handling
3. Should have experience in scrutinizing or doing transactions
