Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with customers and making calls & emails to potential customers, and channeling leads to the business head
2. Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and providing basic technical info & explanations as required
3. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
5. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customer list
6. Updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow up required
7. Promoting the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
