Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Going on the field daily to the residential and commercial construction sites, naakas, etc. to promote the app to contractors and skilled workers
- Target-based job. The targets will be the number of app downloads and number of professionals registered on the app - Giving demos to the potential users, understanding their requirements, and sharing the same with the team regularly
- Noting and recording important details of each conversation, whether successful or unsuccessful
- Updating the documentation and the team regularly
- Maintaining the MIS for the team to stay updated on the progress Requirements:
- Prior experience as a sales/business development executive
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi
- Ability to switch communication styles
- Great interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints & and feedback - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic computer skills
- Experience in interior designing and architecture space is highly preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage
