Job Description
- Customer follow-up for the update of submitted offer.
- Convincing inquirer into purchaser.
- Development of new customer from the references and lead.
- Calling old/regular customers on daily basis to keep contact alive for new orders and inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to promote products.
- Handle inbound calls and provide customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction.
- Meet or exceed sales target.
- Build and maintain positive relationship with customers.
- Result based work and reporting and updating of executed work/assignment on daily basis.
