Business Development (Sales) Jobs Opening in Gem O Sparkle at Jaipur
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the e-commerce/online sales business and platform structure
2. Understand the business analytics, performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
3. Provide responses & solutions via email, social media, market places for situations related to products, orders, delivery, returns, customizations, account, complaints, etc.
4. Collaborate with support teams to identify, solve & fast track customer issues/ complaints
5. Execute high-level sales volume
6. Think strategically about product listings, inventory management, new product development, stock keeping, and moving cycle
7. Effectively communicate with customers to get orders and close issues/complaints as per process timelines
8. Identity & schedule follow-ups to close customer commitments/promises proactively
9. Dive deep into process/product issues and suggest recommendations & solutions to improve customer journey & experience
10. Maximize revenue through diligent management of the product/categories/campaigns across the website/portals
11. Conduct market research to figure out the trend, demands, and best-selling products or designs

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
