Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct polite and honorable conversations with all the stakeholders and build ethical confidence for legitimate business relations across a diversity of business functions
2. Help the prospective stakeholders buy/subscribe to HCDS's functional business offerings/services/products for the innovation and revolutionary experience to serve their customers and clients with a fair, ethical, and automated approach
3. Maintain a detailed database on the HRMS/HRIS/spreadsheet/CRM of all the interactions with the leads to optimize lead closure because accountability is something that has been appreciated by stakeholders
4. Use workday time proactively and avoid bothering by dialing/responding to 150 to 300 calls and connect with those leads on virtual conference at highly productive schedules i.e. morning 10 am to 2 pm
