Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the conversion of leads through telesales/customer support
2. Identify customers' needs and wants & clarify information whenever possible
3. Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team
4. Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support
5. Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team
