Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform various administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling correspondence related to business development activities
2. Work on customer follow-ups within our CRM database for inquiries, payments, and scheduled trial lessons
3. Analyze and report on operational processes, suggesting improvements for efficiency
4. Work closely with other ops team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks
5. Conduct research to identify emerging markets, industry trends, and potential partnerships. This could involve analyzing competitors, understanding customer demographics, and exploring new opportunities for chess products and services
