Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.

  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

  • Maintain a strong follow-up with leads to convert them into sales.

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Update and manage customer data in CRM tools.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

  • Participate in product training and continuous skill development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any degree (BBA, BCom, BE, MBA, or any relevant field).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
