- Conduct research to identify potential customers and create a targeted email list
- Write and send cold emails to potential customers to generate interest in company products or services
- Follow up on cold emails and leads to schedule appointments or meetings with potential customers
- Keep track of all email correspondence and record details in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Use Excel to analyze and organize customer data, including email open and response rates, conversion rates, and other metrics
- Collaborate with founder to share insights and best practices for effective email communication and sales strategies
- Continuously evaluate and refine email outreach strategies to improve response rates and increase sales conversions
