Responsibilities include:
1. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing
2. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
3. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
4. Handling customer queries in terms of generating opportunities
5. Keeping regular updates on products and processes for lead generation
6. Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
7. Keeping regular updates on competing products
8. Researching and mining the database for outbound calls
9. Creating a pipeline for opportunities
10. Maintaining an efficient and harmonious working environment among employees, clients, and managers
