Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and establish partnerships with schools, focusing on arranging career counseling sessions for parents and students
2. Coordinate meetings with head supervisors and principals to present our educational programs and explore collaboration opportunities
3. Seek out new sources of partnerships to generate additional inquiries and admissions
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner institutions
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for partnership initiatives
6. Monitor and assess the success of partnership programs, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
1. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
2. Ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our educational programs to school authorities
3. Proactive and self-motivated with a strategic mindset
4. Basic understanding of educational institutions and their decision-making processes
5. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding partnership acquisition targets
