Job Description
1. Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners
2. Understand customer and business needs to sell the company's products
3. Coordinate with the partner sales team and maximize sales
4. Coordinate with IT partner teams such as the sales and pre-sales team and management team to deliver and meet customer expectations
5. Access, clarify, and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals
6. Manage funnels, forecast, and grasp sales opportunities
7. Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns for respective regions
8. Work on partner training for their sales and technical team
