Business Development (Sales) Jobs Opening in Terra Economics Analysis Lab at Mumbai
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Building and maintaining client relationships
2. Identifying opportunities for upselling
3. Providing training and guidance to clients on product usage
4. Addressing client concerns or issues and ensuring timely resolution of the same
5. Preparing regular reports and sharing insights with clients on account performance
6. Sharing client feedback and market insights to enhance product development
Requirements:
1. Has proven experience as an account executive or similar sales/customer service roles
2. Can build customer relationships and understand client needs
3. Ability to manage different accounts while looking for ways to add new clients to the roster
4. Has excellent communication/interpersonal skills
