Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand Client Requirements

Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer service to ensure client needs are met effectively.

2. Maintain Accurate Records

Document all client interactions, sales activities, proposals, and contracts in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Keep track of sales pipeline stages, follow-ups, and deal closures to ensure transparency and accountability.

Generate detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data accuracy and confidentiality.

Monitor and update client databases regularly to maintain current contact information and sales history.
3. Achieve Sales Targets

Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals aligned with company objectives.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share.

Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals and after-sales service.

Track progress toward targets and adjust plans proactively to overcome obstacles.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional offers and campaigns that support sales objectives.
4. Handle Customer Inquiries

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.

Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with technical support or service teams to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
