Key Responsibilities:

2. Maintain Accurate Records

Document all client interactions, sales activities, proposals, and contracts in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Generate detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data accuracy and confidentiality.

3. Achieve Sales Targets

Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals aligned with company objectives.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share.

Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals and after-sales service.

4. Handle Customer Inquiries
