Job Description
1. Onboard the assigned set of parking spaces (20-25) & find new ones
2. Coordinate the execution of marketing and promotional activities in the parking area
3. Analyze the impact of such promotions and provide inputs to the marketing team
4. Manage relationship with the contractors and ensure the profitability of such accounts
5. Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
6. Take ownership of end-to-end activities in on-boarding a parking lot, right from sourcing to documentation to customer support
Note: If the thought of sitting behind a desk all day gives you itchy feet, this could be the job for you as you will be required to spend a large amount of time visiting clients. You will need to define long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The role requires a lot of creative thinking, to spot new opportunities, and to establish rapid growth.

1. Must have an MBA with previous experience in the sales of FMCG products and direct distribution channel sales (highly preferred)
2. Must have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
3. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Must have a problem-solving attitude
5. Must have good teamwork and leadership skills
6. Must have a customer-oriented mindset
