Business Development Trainee HIRING
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading the unique way of learning in your city.
Your role will start with contacting the potential customers (parents & students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies, and the hiring a personalized learning journey.
Preferred Skill Set: Keen interest in education. Being interested in mentoring students. A knack for sales and positioning an idea
Candidates with more than 35K (fixed) per month in hand will not be considered.
Academic Qualification: Any graduate degree/Post Graduate degree with maximum experience
Age: 29 years
CTC: First 2 Months - 3 LPA (Fixed) + 2 LPA (variable)
POST Training – 5 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable) + 2 LPA (Direct sales allowance for FOS)
