Job Description
• Understand and align with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.
• Collect, manage, and update client information in the CRM database.
• Initiate and handle communication with potential leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Address callback requests and follow-ups.
• Clearly explain our courses and offerings to potential leads.
• Convert interested leads into active customers.
• Learn and use CRM and other relevant software effectively.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Must own a personal laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through online research, databases, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential customers using various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM, Google, industry directories).

Assist in cold calling, emailing, or messaging prospects to introduce the company’s products or services.
2. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Gather insights from the market to support decision-making for sales and marketing strategies.

Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
3. Sales Support:

Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for clients.

Follow up with potential leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior business development executives.

Track and update lead status in the company’s CRM system or spreadsheets.
4. Client Interaction:

Attend client meetings (virtually or in person) with senior staff to observe and learn about effective communication and negotiation.

Support the onboarding process for new clients under guidance.

Help in addressing client inquiries and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and client activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports for review by managers.

Document best practices and lessons learned during training for internal use.
6. Training and Learning:

Participate actively in all training sessions related to sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM usage, and communication skills.

Learn to use business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), and email marketing platforms.

Work on live projects or assignments to gain real-time experience and feedback.
