Position Details:
- Business Development Trainee (BDT) role with a 30-day On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Focus on enhancing communication, negotiation skills, and conducting market research.
- Successful completion of two sales during OJT qualifies you for the Business Development Associate (BDA) position.
- OJT stipend: ₹20,000 (based on successful training and sales).

Business Development Associate (BDA):
- Post-OJT CTC: ₹8 LPA (₹5 LPA fixed + ₹3 LPA variable).
- High performance can lead to an increased CTC of ₹9-10 LPA.

Eligibility:
- Must hold a UGC-approved MBA degree.
- Commitment to the program and financing MBA through TWOSS.
- Required documents: PAN card, Aadhaar card, and bank statements.

Career Progression:
- Opportunity for promotion to Business Development Manager (BDM) upon achieving targets.
- Long-term leadership roles available after completing a 2-year MBA.

Financial Support:
- Full loan support for MBA fees.
- Initial costs covered by TWOSS and deducted from the stipend/salary.

Work Environment:
- Enjoy flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
