About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our US Business Development team.This role focuses on working with the US market.
You will learn sales outreach, lead generation, and client communication hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential US prospects
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Qualify leads and understand basic client requirements
Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate data in CRM and trackers
Follow defined outreach and follow-up processes
Learn US sales culture, time zones, and communication style
Mandatory Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Clear and confident communication skills
Willingness to work in US night shift (4:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST)Good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Google Docs, Excel)
