Job Description
- Deploy Uolo products at customer locations and this includes giving product training and answering all product related queries.
- Resolve technical issues coming from customers and understand the customers' requirements and work with the R&D team to provide the solution.
- Identify customers' needs and help in identifying up-selling/cross-selling opportunities (cross-selling involves additional bonus opportunities).
