The business executive is in charge of the organization’s day to day operations. He /she needs to manage employees, supervise work, and ensure the company policies are met. The business executive reports directly to the department head of the business and closely monitors the efficiency of business operations.

 Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining good relationships with employees and supervising them to provide insight to improve efficiency.
  
• Building trust and long-term relationships with managers, executives, vendors, and clients.
  
• Implementing recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
  
• Representing the company at networking events and conferences.
  
• Maintaining confidentiality of all employee, company, and vendor/client information.
  
• Overseeing procedures and processes for efficiency.
  
• Arranging schedules and coordinating with executives, department heads, etc. to align goals, make improvements, and strategize.
