JOB DUTIES

• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business strategies and objectives.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on market potential, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Develop actionable plans to capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
• Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies as needed to stay competitive.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and industry partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on educational programs and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation to maximize profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in business development and strategic planning, preferably within the education sector.

• Strong understanding of international student recruitment and education trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 JOB TYPE: Full-time salary: ₹25000 - ₹40,000.00 per month depending on the experience and profile.

Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement paid sick time paid time off supplemental pay types: Performance bonus, Yearly bonus earning potential could be around 8 - 10 lacs (Will be discussed individually) Ability to commute/relocate: Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
