We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Manager to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives in the education sector. Key Responsibilities

·         Prospect and Engage: Identify and connect with potential clients, including schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and training centers, to uncover high-value business opportunities.

·         Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets while expanding EaseToLearn’s footprint in the education sector.

·         Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, such as principals, academic heads, deans, and administrators, fostering trust and collaboration.

·         Present Tailored Solutions: Confidently pitch and demonstrate EaseToLearn’s cutting-edge EdTech solutions to decision-makers, showcasing how our platform addresses their unique needs.

·         Close High-Value Deals: Lead negotiations with finesse, secure contracts, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, delivering exceptional value from day one.

·         Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and position EaseToLearn as a market leader.

·         Collaborate for Success: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and contribute insights for product enhancements that align with client needs.

·         Maintain CRM Excellence: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, providing timely reports on sales pipelines, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

·         Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.

·         Proven B2B Sales Experience: 2–5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the EdTech, education, or SaaS sectors.

·         Deep Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the education ecosystem, including K-12, test preparation, higher education, and upskilling markets.

·         Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.

·         Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations and close deals that drive mutual success for EaseToLearn and our clients.

·         Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: A go-getter mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

·         Team Player with Independence: Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a dynamic team culture while taking ownership of your goals.
