Business Growth Operations Intern
Job Description
We are looking for high-energy interns who want hands-on exposure in business growth, market research, vendor onboarding, operations, and tech-enabled marketing.
You will work closely with the core founding team and be involved in city-level execution, starting with Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities(Actual work, not support work)
1. Market & Data ResearchMap local areas (societies, markets, industrial zones)
Study demand for home appliances, smart devices, solar & EV services
Collect and structure data using Google Sheets & tools
Identify local service vendors, freelancers & shops
Analyze vendor capability, pricing, and service quality
Support vendor onboarding, documentation & training
Use AI tools to create:
WhatsApp pitches
Posters, creatives, brochures
Localized marketing content
Support offline marketing ideas (societies, shops, watchmen, local partnerships)
Help document SOPs and workflows
Assist in improving service processes
Track basic metrics: leads, conversions, vendor activity
Assist in identifying and setting up TechLocal flagship partners
Support branding execution (QR stickers, posters, signage planning)
Analyze catchment areas for service potential
Engineering / Management / Commerce / Marketing graduates or final-year students
Interested in startups, tech, marketplaces, or local business ecosystems
Comfortable with:
Google Sheets / Docs
WhatsApp & basic digital tools
Field + remote hybrid work
Strong curiosity, execution mindset & willingness to learn
Marketing, operations, business, or tech background preferred but not mandatory.
