Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Head for Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition strategy and drive recruitment operations across the organization. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment function, develop and execute strategies to attract top talent, and ensure alignment with the company’s business goals and growth plans. You will also be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and partnering with business leaders to ensure the right talent is acquired to support organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute the overall recruitment strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s long-term goals and objectives. Create and implement plans to attract, hire, and retain top talent for critical business functions.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and continuous development. Build a high-performing recruitment team that meets hiring targets and organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop customized recruitment plans for various departments. Provide expert guidance on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage. Implement best practices and streamline processes to reduce time-to-hire, improve candidate experience, and enhance overall hiring quality.
  • Market Research & Talent Pool Development: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging recruitment technologies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Work closely with marketing and HR teams to develop and promote the company’s employer brand. Enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns, social media, and other channels.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment activities. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment metrics, progress against hiring goals, and any potential challenges.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process. Ensure the recruitment strategies attract a diverse pool of candidates and foster an inclusive hiring environment.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Manage the recruitment budget and optimize cost-per-hire by exploring cost-effective recruitment channels and solutions. Monitor recruitment expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices, such as equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Talent Retention: Work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure smooth on-boarding processes for new hires, promoting early engagement and retention strategies.
