Responsibilities
- Manages all operational activities of the training center
- Works with executives to develop corporate training center strategies and initiatives
- Business development in assigned GSC’s Territory/segment for creating healthy database
- Effective team review & guidance to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinating implementation of technology training programs.
- Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
- Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Preferred Qualification : Graduates with MBA / or Diploma Holders / Engineers
Desire Skills :
- Effective Interpersonal & Communication Skills including tact & diplomacy
- Fluency in Written and spoken English
- Effectively using organizational and planning skills, including attention to detail and follow-through.
- Adept in drafting commercial proposal
- An absolute go-getter, highly motivated with urge to excel and exceed
- Flair for sales/business development and traveling
- Positive Attitude; should be people oriented person; maintain an established work schedule
- Capable of organizing seminars, workshops at Institutions & Corporates
- Capable of engaging at senior levels with corporate segment & Academic segment
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
