Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee business operations, lead strategic planning, and drive overall performance across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of day-to-day operational management. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between senior management and ground-level teams to ensure effective execution of goals and alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth

Collaborate with senior leadership to define short-term and long-term business strategies.

Set targets for revenue, cost control, market expansion, and profitability improvement.

2. Operations & Team Management

3. Financial Oversight

Review P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial performance reports regularly.

4. Sales & Business Development

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B collaborations.

5. Customer and Client Relationship Management
