Designation: Business Managers
Remuneration:15k-25k (training time)
Dress Code: Formals
Job Profile: The Business Manager will be trained on the job for 9-12 months into 5 levels of management and will be promoted to the Branch Manager position on the completion of the training.
Below mentioned are the levels of training and key responsibilities-
LEVEL 1: Business development manager: sales&marketing / business development /Tellecalling/ customer acquisition / client representation
LEVEL 2: HR trainer manager :training&development / recruitment process
LEVEL 3: Team Manager : Team Management / leadership development / conflict management
LEVEL 4: Asst. Branch Manager: Administration / operations/ finance
LEVEL 5: Branch Manager: Branch / Client / Human Resource Management
