The BO should continuously develop his/her professional skill and should keep updated on current developments in the diseases and therapies.
You will attend such training, participate in the tests and achieve such proficiency that is required to work in the field in the meeting the doctors, hospitals and specialists.
You may recommend to appoint stockist after following proper procedure in accordance with company’s policies and rules.
You may verify the stocks at the stockist’s level to ensure the smooth sales after due notice to your superior and the concerned stockists.
You will monitor the breakages and expires and empowered to sanction replacement as per the management policy prevalent.
You may co-ordinate the activities between C & F and Stockists and Retailers.
You may prepare your expense statement in accordance with Company’s guidelines and submit to your superior for reimbursement.
