Job Description

About the Position:

This role will be responsible for supporting Juniper’s Idea to Offering (I2O) organization by executing deliverables as part of the Product Master Data Management team.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will be in the following areas:

Product master data management

Material master metadata governance

BOM management

Master data quality monitoring

Product hierarchy management

Handle End of Life and End of Support process

Testing new product offerings

Primary responsibility is data analysis and maintenance
Some of the responsibilities will also include documenting policy, processes, glossary, guidelines and manual exceptions.
Performing regular audits and develop / publish metrics and trainings
Identify recommendations for data quality improvements including process changes, data cleansing and integrity rule updates
Enumerate cleansing activities, track them with business to make sure they are aligned and delivered within agreed timelines
Compile data, design and prepare reports in a number of different ways to help make business decisions
Break-Fix and production support by managing Service Now incidents

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar discipline
Should have 3 - 5 years of work experience in Data analysis/ Data Cleansing/ Analyst role.
Understanding of new product number creation, ECO and MCO, EOL & EOS
Hands on experience in SAP Master Data Management process; SAP CRM Web UI, GUI and ECC - basic navigation, table queries, extracts and data pivots
Knowledge and hands on experience in Agile system, Service Now and MS Access
MS office suite with good working experience in MS Excel
Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have the ability to comprehend and appreciate the data flow from various dimensions
Insight to escalate items approaching critical path and suggest solutions
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational skills
Flexible (should be willing to work extra hours/evening calls)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
