Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Operations Analyst (Adobe)
Location: Bangalore, KA (3-4 Days work from Office)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to lead and optimize procurement
and financial operations P2P. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Excel, Power BI,
and ARIBA, along with a strong understanding of invoice processing, cost accruals, and vendor
management. This role demands strategic thinking, process ownership, and cross-functional
collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Reporting:
Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for procurement and financial
performance tracking.
Perform complex data analysis using Excel (macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables).
Financial Operations:
Oversee invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Lead cost accrual activities and support month-end and year-end financial closures.
Procurement Management:
Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) using ARIBA.
Drive Statement of Work (SOW) creation, review, and lifecycle management.
Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on procurement and invoicing matters.
Process Optimization & Governance:
Identify and implement process improvements across procurement and finance workflows.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and procurement policy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Hands-on experience with ARIBA for procurement operations.
Strong knowledge of invoice processing, cost accruals, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in procurement or financial operations, preferably in a shared services or
enterprise environment.
