We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, pitching our programs, and driving enrollments while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Reach out to prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
2. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
3. Explain program features, benefits, and career opportunities.
4. Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
5. Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or final-year student.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
4. Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
