Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5 years’ experience in Business Operations
- 5 years of direct experience in project management, leading programs, projects, or operations in a global team or multi location teams
- Experience in establishing / improving processes to bring efficiency and productivity to Business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Excellent Leadership skills and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to track multiple tasks and timely reporting
- Ability to take initiative and operate independently
- Strong Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
