Job Description
● Assist clients with all their queries pertaining to Billing, Complaints and General Inquiries and Updates. This will involve handling calls, emails and chats.
● Maintaining regular and documented contact with the existing customer base, building relationships and developing new accounts.
● You will be responsible for taking live chats from US/UK Customers pertaining to their billing, complaints, general inquiries, and updates.
● Maintaining strong, lasting and trustworthy relationships with clients.
