Your Role and Responsibilities

an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for operations in GTS Analytics, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also be collaborating with our Human Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance. Collaboration with Finance team locally and globally is a key responsibility while ensuring the overall cost and recovery posture of the team is kept healthy.

• Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
• Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
• Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
• Collaborate with HR and hiring team with recruiting as necessary.
• Work with senior stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned to strategy.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Five or more years of experience with operations management, financial management and/or account management.
• Ability to investigate complex business problems, develop effective recommendations, negotiate and/or present solutions, and resolve problems in a highly professional and tactful manner.
• Expertise to ensure cost and recovery are managed to keep good financial health of the team
• Proficient to work with delivery teams in managing the cost of resources and any issues related to resource onboarding and offboarding
• Working knowledge with delivery team on project onboarding and offboarding to ensure cost and resource aspects of projects are smoothly managed.
• Solid understanding to identify and address problems and opportunities for the team
