Position: Business Operations Manager
Location: Noida, India
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced / Newbie Business Operations Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of office operations, exceptional communication skills in English (both written and oral), and proficiency in computer operations and software such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
Office Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations from our Noida office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks, including but not limited to supply management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures to optimize productivity.
Customer Query Handling:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns on call.
- Address customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Sales and Support Coordination:
- Liaise with the sales and support teams to facilitate seamless processes and workflows.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Collaborate with the support team to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience in office management or related roles.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in computer operations and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
