Job Description
1. Work on understanding and assisting in diagrammatizing the current work processes, workflows, and associated systems
2. Work on utilizing agile practices and lean techniques
3. Optimize, customize and automate the workflows
4. Work on reducing variability within a given process
5. Work on increasing predictability and productivity along with the overall enhancements in the quality of products and services

4. B.Sc. - computer science, information technology, or similar (2021 batch passouts)
5. Demonstrable tech-savviness may also be considered
6. Additional relevant certifications in programming/scripting languages and systems/networks would be preferred
