Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Research and analysis: Conduct market research on current trends and developments in the mortgage industry and affordable housing sector
2. Data management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to mortgage rates, housing affordability indices, and market demand
3. Documentation: Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to mortgage transactions and affordable housing initiatives
