Eligibility Criteria:
B.com / BCA from 2023-2024 batch with 80% and above in highest qualification
No Backlogs
Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues related to our products.
Guide customers through product features and functionalities to help them maximize their use of our products.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
Act as an extended team member of our customers to perform business support tasks for them.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, including new features and updates.
Stay up to date with product changes and enhancements.
Participate in training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and support skills.
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product team.
Suggest improvements based on customer interactions to enhance product usability.
Key Skills Required:
Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
Ability to understand customers' concerns and provide the required support.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs promptly.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: INR 15,000 Per Month
Work Location: Bangalore
