Business Systems Analyst
As a Business Systems Analyst in the Solution Led Business Systems Management team, you will be
responsible for using your knowledge of software programs and business strategies to help Adobe’s
Solution Led teams maximize productivity and communication within our set of tools.
You would be a trusted business advisor that serves as a critical member of our Customer Advisory
Field & Experience team aligning data insights, people, processes, and systems to support programs
and initiatives to their desired outcomes.
What you’ll do
●
Serve as a subject matter expert for customer success platforms Gainsight and Dynamics.
●
Ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systems.
●
Provide expertise to stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs to develop system
requirements and translate into technical specifications.
●
Provide advanced knowledge of systems to ensure functionality meets stakeholder
requirements and serve as a resource for complex issues and solutions.
●
Compile data from various databases and/or sources; display and analyze data.
●
Prepare robust technical reports and create diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to
facilitate enhanced system understanding.
●
Analyze, develop, and recommend business processes or plans to improve system
efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.
●
Provide directions to implement new requirements and plans; provide input to system
strategic planning; establish best practices.
●
Collaborate with cross-functional IT staff to streamline & prioritize solution
implementations.
●
Provide advanced customer service and functional support to internal end-users in the area
of expertise.
●
Assist with implementing “workarounds” when system issues affect operations or when
resources are limited.
●
Develop and maintain business requirements and system documentation.
●
Develop and provide training for team members and end-users.
●
Participate in the implementation of system patches, updates, and maintenance.●
Lead portions of large tasks or projects; build and maintain project management skills.
●
Maintain awareness of accessibility, compliance, security polices and guidelines.
What you need to succeed
●
Experience with platforms Gainsight, Dynamics. Level 3 Gainsight Admin certification is a
plus.
●
Experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, test script
creation and coordination, etc)
●
Experience in systems analysis (software configuration, configuration and solution design
documents, functional testing, system troubleshooting, etc)
●
Process oriented with ability to scale the team and operations.
●
Experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional
and technical requirements.
●
Strong proficiency with Excel to query and manipulate large data sets.
●
Ability to think creatively.
