Your Role and Responsibilities
Exposure in conducting organization impact analysis and enterprise redesign strategies emerging out of large-scale transformation/business model innovation/ digital transformation/ globalization initiatives
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Understand HR transformation trends and concepts like HR Function Transformation, HR process redesign, policy and process harmonization and HRIT implementation
- Ability to lead medium assignments like HR Health assessment, Build HR Vision and develop HR Strategy implementation roadmap and business case – based on business needs, and best practices
- Contribute to business development activities by involving in solution, case development, orals and managing client relationships
- Work with HR partners to develop Workforce strategies, emerging out of large scale transformation
- Experience in areas of Workforce transformation, HR Strategy and transformation, HR Shared service/Outsourcing, HRIT roadmap, and talent management
