JD as follows.

• A strong technical background with 3+ years in LYNC Server and Skype for Business.
• Good understanding of Microsoft UC Voice and Call Management enabled solutions and Microsoft
• messaging architecture.
• Working Experience on various versions of Microsoft Office Communications Server.
• Basic Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Networking, SQL and IIS concepts.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues both at the client and server side.
• Constantly upgrading oneself on latest trends and changes in technology.
• Exposure in working in production environment where Microsoft Unified Communications Solutions are
• adapted to troubleshoot customers issues.
