Key Responsibilities
Household and Guest Management
-
Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency.

Greet and attend to residents and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience.

Manage dining service, table settings, and formal meals including silver service, buffet, and canapé arrangements.

Coordinate guest stays, including room arrangements, itinerary planning, and personal touches.
Personalized Services
-
Anticipate the employer’s needs and ensure all personal preferences are met.

Assist with wardrobe management, packing and unpacking, and personal shopping if required.

Serve meals and drinks, including wine and cocktails, with expert knowledge and presentation.

Manage valet duties such as care for clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Staff Supervision and Coordination

Supervise household staff including housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, gardeners, and security personnel.

Train and guide new staff in service standards, etiquette, and operational routines.

Coordinate rotas and schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
Event Planning and Coordination

Organize and oversee private functions, parties, and formal events.

Coordinate with external vendors for catering, floral arrangements, entertainment, and equipment rentals.

Ensure events run smoothly, managing guest interactions and service flow.
Inventory and Household Management

Maintain inventories of household supplies, food, wine, and cleaning materials.

Monitor and replenish stock levels and liaise with vendors or suppliers.

Maintain records of purchases, service schedules, and inventories.
Security and Confidentiality

Ensure the safety and privacy of the residence and all individuals within it.

Liaise with security teams and perform routine checks as required.

Maintain complete discretion in all personal and professional matters.
Travel and Hospitality Arrangements

Assist with travel bookings, including flights, transfers, and hotel accommodations.

Prepare residences or hotel suites in advance of employer or guest arrivals.

Accompany the principal on trips if required, managing luggage, schedules, and personal requests.
