Position: Assistant Buyer
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the buying team in sourcing products and vendors.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and deliveries.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Track stock levels and assist in replenishment planning.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor products.
Follow up on deliveries and resolve supply issues.
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate basic commercial terms.
Prepare reports on purchases, inventory, and cost savings.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in buying / procurement / purchasing.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and purchase processes.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and time management ability.
